The subject of the procurement includes the periodic delivery of cationic flocculant for the treatment of industrial, wastewater, surface water and sludge conditioning, necessary for the needs of treatment plants operated by 'ViK' EOOD - Stara Zagora. During the execution of the procurement, the quantities of the purchased goods will be determined by the actual needs and requirements of the Buyer for the duration of the contract. Place of delivery /franking/: ex works at the warehouse of the WWTP operated by 'ViK' EOOD - Stara Zagora, located in the territory of Stara Zagora region, previously indicated in the Buyer's order. Contract period and delivery period: 1. Contract period: The contract enters into force from the date of conclusion and is for a period of 12 (twelve) months or until the maximum amount under the contract is reached. In the event that a new contract with the same subject matter, concluded according to the ZOP procedure, is not signed by the expiry of the 12 months of the contract, the contract will continue its validity until the conclusion of a new contract, but not more than 6 months, if the financial resources allocated for the public procurement have not been exhausted. 2. Delivery period: Deliveries are made within 5 (five) working days from the receipt of the order. Orders are sent by the Buyer to the Contractor - by hand, against signature, by mail with return receipt or by email.
