Военнослужещите и цивилните служители, обект на застраховката, заемат длъжности, описани в „Списък на длъжностите за военнослужещи и цивилни служители от МО, структурите на пряко подчинение на министъра на отбраната и БА, които съгласно чл. 223, ал. 3 и чл. 289 от ЗОВСРБ задължително се застраховат за гражданска отговорност за сметка на държавния бюджет“. Изискванията към услугата са в съответствие с Техническа спецификация ТС С 94.5123.26 и на Възложителя. Броят на застрахованите лица е общо 6182, в това число: 4945 военнослужещи и 1237 цивилни служители. В изпълнение на сключения договор, Изпълнителят (застрахователят) следва да издаде отделни групови застрахователни полици за общия брой лица, обект на застраховане, във всеки отделен застрахователен период. Място на изпълнение - застрахователното покритие е за застрахователни събития, настъпили на територията на Република България.
