Engineering of the site: Reconstruction of Pumping Station "Triyagalnika"

Review and analysis of the existing design documentation for the planned activities, including determining the need for changes (if applicable) to the project before developing the project in the next phase; Preparation of an investment project in the Working Project phase for the Site in accordance with Ordinance No. 4 of May 21, 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and the subordinate normative acts for its application; Assistance in the conformity assessment of the prepared project and its subsequent approval by providing the necessary data and information; Execution of construction and installation works (SMR) and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the execution of SMR, in accordance with the normative requirements and the scope and content of the approved project; Carrying out author's supervision according to ZUT, including preparation of details during construction that cannot be prepared during the investment design stage, technical solutions, modifications and amendments to the project, technological control and assistance in commissioning the site; Preparation of as-built documentation, cadastral survey of the entire construction and provision of data to the relevant service for geodesy, cartography and cadastre in accordance with Art. 54a, para. 2 of the Cadastre and Property Register Act; Preparation of: Commissioning program for conducting single and 72-hour tests before commissioning the site; Maintenance and operation manual for the site, including a maintenance plan for the equipment; Training of the Client's personnel, monitoring and support of the operation and maintenance of the Site; Handover of the Site and its acceptance by the Client, with Act Form 15 according to Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 on the composition of acts and protocols during construction and Certificate of Acceptance by the Engineer; Commissioning of the site with Protocol Form 16 according to Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 on the composition of acts and protocols during construction; Defect notification and rectification period - monitoring of processes, achievement of design parameters and assistance to personnel in the operation and maintenance of the newly constructed elements of the Site; rectification of identified defects at the Contractor's expense. ​​​​​​​ In accordance with the preliminary design, the tender includes the reconstruction of the pumping station (PS) "Triyagalnika", as well as a surge shaft, Veliko Tarnovo. The attached preliminary design also covers the reconstruction of a force main in the section from PS "Akatsiya" to Reservoir "Kartala". The latter is outside the scope of this tender. PS "Triyagalnika" is an existing pumping station. It is located in the western part of the city, in the "Kolyu Ficheto" residential complex, and was commissioned at the end of 1979. It consists of a monolithic building and a suction tank with a volume of V 400 m3. Currently, the suction tank is not used, and the pumps draw directly from the water supply. The engine room is underground and houses two groups of pumps - group "A" supplies Reservoir "Belyakovsko Shose", group "B" supplies Reservoir "Akatsiya". Each pumping group consists of two pumping units (working and standby pump), which pump into a common force main. Some of the pumping units and fittings are worn out. The engine room has manholes above ground for lowering and raising heavy fittings, shaped parts, and pumps using appropriate lifting equipment. Above-ground facilities for the pumping station include a transformer substation, a duty room, an antechamber, a sanitary unit, and a staircase to the engine room. A tunnel has been built from the engine room to the suction tank, housing the pump suctions. Also in a tunnel, from the engine room to a suitable depth below ground, are the force mains of the two pumping groups. Within the property boundaries, a surge shaft has been constructed, with surge suppressors installed on each of the force mains.
