The following activities are planned: Energy saving measure B1 It is planned to install new facade thermal insulation made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) with a thickness of 100 mm with a thermal conductivity coefficient λEnergy saving measure B2 - It is planned to replace the existing wooden, PVC and AL and metal single glazing with new PVC profiles with five or more chambers with insulating glass units with an overall heat transfer coefficient of the assembled sample Uw Replacement of glass blocks from the east with a structural showcase with a broken thermal bridge, with insulating glass units with an overall heat transfer coefficient through the window element U Energy saving measure B3 - It is planned to install a thermal insulation system on the roof type 1 with extruded insulation (XPS) with a thickness of 100 mm with a thermal conductivity coefficient λEnergy saving measure C1 - To increase the energy efficiency of the building, it is planned to replace the current heating energy source for the building with a high-efficiency air-to-water heat pump unit, with a thermal power corresponding to the thermal demand of the building, after the implementation of the prescribed energy-saving measures on the enclosing elements. The existing boilers are kept and a new air-to-water heat pump unit is installed, providing a thermal power of 136 kW, with an average seasonal transformation coefficient of 3.50. All heating bodies are equipped with thermostatic radiator valves. Energy saving measure C2 - The measure provides for the replacement of existing lighting fixtures with new energy-saving LED lighting fixtures. Energy saving measure C3 - Construction of a building automation and control system - The measure includes the installation of a computer configuration with specialized software, through which the technical parameters of the heating system are maintained in an energy-efficient, economical and safe manner. Energy saving measure C4 - Construction of a photovoltaic installation with an installed capacity of 60 kWp for the production of energy from the sun (renewable source), which will meet the needs of the building during daylight hours. The installation of thermal insulation on the facades of the building begins with the erection of facade scaffolding of the required height, anchored to the building for safety. Subsequently, it is necessary to inspect the condition of the facade plaster and in areas with damaged integrity or blistering of the plaster, it should be removed and new plaster applied. The plaster should be dusted and a deep-penetrating primer applied to the entire facade. The installation of thermal insulation boards is carried out by gluing with specialized adhesive for EPS/XPS and subsequent doweling. A plaster layer with fiberglass mesh is applied, and the necessary corner profiles are installed at the corners. After the plaster dries, a primer is applied and then decorative plaster with fire reaction class A is applied, and in the plinth area with reinforced plinth plaster with fire reaction class A. The expansion joints between the sections will be cleaned and treated with modern elastic materials. The color scheme is shown with exact color scales in the graphic part of the project.
