Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка е за избор на изпълнител за осигуряване на профилактични медицински прегледи и изследвания на работещите в ТП на НОИ - Видин. Вида на профилактичните медицински прегледи и изследвания е определен съгласно Приложение № 5 към чл. 8 от Наредба № 3/28.02.1987 г. за задължителните предварителни и периодични медицински прегледи на работниците, чл. 9 от Наредба № 7/15.08.2005 г. за минималните изисквания за осигуряване на здравословни и безопасни условия на труд при работа с видеодисплеи и на база анализите на проведените през 2025 г. профилактични медицински прегледи и изследвания в системата на НОИ и предложение на обслужващата служба по трудова медицина. Профилактичните медицински прегледи се извършват за всички служители на ТП на НОИ - Видин и на служителите на ЦУ с изнесени работни места в гр. Видин по списъчен състав, който към момента на изготвяне на техническата спецификация възлиза прогнозно на 57 служители, от които 52 жени и 5 мъже. Видовете профилактични прегледи и изследвания, които следва да бъдат извършени от изпълнителя са както следва: 1. Преглед от интернист - снемане на общ здравен статус, измерване на кръвно налягане, пулс и електрокардиограма с разчитане за регистриране на болести на кръвообръщението. 2. Преглед от невролог - снемане на неврологичен статус за регистриране на болести на мускулно-скелетна и нервна система. 3. Преглед от офталмолог с изследване на зрителна острота и рефракция за регистриране на болести на окото и придатъците му (изследване с рефрактометър). Измерване на очно налягане. Издаване на рецепта за очила. 4. Преглед от лекар – специалист по акушерство и гинекология. Вземане и изследване на цитонамазка. 5. Ехография на млечни жлези – жени. 6. Изследване с туморен маркер PSA (простатно-специфичен антиген) – за превенция и ранно откриване на заболявания на простата – мъже. 7. Ехография на коремни органи – мъже. 8. Клинично-лабораторни изследвания: пълна кръвна картина, СУЕ, общ холестерол и двете фракции (HDL, LDL), триглицериди, глюкоза.
