Прогнозното количество за доставка на Газьол за промишлени и комунални цели е 120 000 литра ± 10%.. Количеството е прогнозно и не задължава Възложителя да го закупи в пълен обем, като той не носи отговорност пред изпълнителя за ппретенции в случай, че обемът на поръчката не бъде изпълнен изцяло. Доставките зависят от конкретните нужди, произтичащи от климатичните условия. Доставката на горивото за отопление ще се осъществи на стоковата борса, чрез борсов посредник, при условията на Закона за стоковите борси и тържища.
