Ямна, общ. Етрополе“. Изпълнителят носи отговорност за дейностите и задълженията му като участник в инвестиционния процес, регламентирани в чл. 166 и чл. 168 от ЗУТ, както и за тези произтичащи от чл. 178 от ЗУТ, както и други приложими разпоредби на действащото законодателство. Строителният надзор се изпълнява в задължителния обхват съобразно изискванията на ЗУТ, изискванията на Наредба № 3 от 31 юли 2003 г. за съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителството, е отчитане на изискванията на Наредба № РД-02-20-1 от 05.02.2015г. за условията и реда за влагане на строителни продукти в строежите на Република България и всички законови и подзаконови нормативни актове в областта на строителството в Република България.
