Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αποτελεί η ανάπτυξη «οριζόντιου» χαρακτήρα υπηρεσιών διεύρυνσης, στήριξης και διάχυσης της Επιχειρηματικότητας στη Δυτική Αθήνα, με στόχο την αναβάθμιση των ικανοτήτων των επιχειρήσεων, την υποστήριξη της ανάπτυξης βιώσιμων ανταγωνιστικών πλεονεκτημάτων και την ισχυροποίησή τους με έμφαση στην εξωστρέφεια και την πρόσβαση σε διεθνείς αγορές και δίκτυα.
