Провежда се вътрешен конкурентен избор по чл. 82, ал. 3 от ЗОП, като избраният изпълнител следва да предоставя Услугите при спазване на всички изисквания, посочени в Техническата спецификация на ЦОП (Приложение № 2), техническото предложение на ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ по сключеното РС (Приложение № 3) и ценовото му предложение във ВКИ (Приложение № 4). Услугата включва техническа поддръжка и ремонт на климатична техника (при необходимост) за нуждите на Министерство на културата, за срок до изтичане срока на Рамково споразумение № СПОР-7/30.03.2026 г. на Централния орган за покупки (ЦОП) или до изчерпване на финансовия ресурс по договора. Критерий за възлагане: "най-ниска цена". Максималната стойност на договора е 4 642,55 евро без ДДС и включва: 1.
