Implementation of physical, unarmed security and security with alarm system of properties – state property, managed by API – OPU Montana

This public procurement tender seeks to select a contractor for the provision of physical, unarmed security and Signal-Security Technology (SOТ) services for properties managed by the Road Infrastructure Agency – Regional Road Administration (API – OPU) Montana. The contracted services will encompass physical, unarmed security for one primary site: the Administrative Building of OPU – Montana. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for providing security services utilizing Signal-Security Technology (SOТ) for eight distinct locations. These SOТ-protected sites include the Administrative Building of OPU – Montana (Vignette Point and Cashier's Office), the Administrative Building of OPU – Montana (Registry – Classified Information), the Canton Building in the village of Gavril Genovo, the Rest House in the village of Spanchevtsi, the "Petrohan" Support Point, the Administrative Building of RPS – Lom, and the Administrative Building of RPS – Berkovitsa. Interested parties are strongly advised to conduct site inspections, which are permitted from the tender announcement date until the offer submission deadline. A Declaration for Site Inspection (Sample No. 6) must be completed, and site visits require a prior request. Access to the sites for inspection will be granted to at least two representatives of the interested entity, who must present valid identification and, if applicable, a power of attorney.
