1. Предмет на обществената поръчка: „Доставка на замразени зеленчуци за нуждите на детските заведения на територията на община Свищов“. 2. Описание на предмета на обществената поръчка: Прогнозни количества за период от 1 година: Доставка на замразени зеленчуци за нуждите на детските заведения на територията на община Свищов – 2 160 кг. При доставките за отделните видове хранителни продукти/стоки трябва да бъдат спазени изискванията към разфасовката им, посочени в техническата спецификация. Всяка доставка да бъде удостоверена с документ за датата на производство на съответния продукт и срок на годност. За всички хранителни продукти трябва да бъдат спазени изискванията за качество, стандартите на съответните производители и действащите нормативни актове на Република България и регламентите на ЕС, регламентиращи производство, предлагането и транспортирането на хранителни продукти в страната. Посочените в Техническата спецификация количества продукти се явяват прогнозни (ориентировъчни), а не константни за периода на изпълнение на договора. Възложителят си запазва правото в рамките на изпълнение на договора да увеличава или намалява количествата от съответните хранителни продукти и стоки, както и да не заяви целият асортимент, във връзка с възникналата реална необходимост от потребление на обслужваните обекти. 3. На основание чл.104, ал.2 от ЗОП при провеждане на процедурата Възложителя допуска оценка на ценовите предложения на участниците преди разглеждане на документите за съответствие с критериите за подбор, като тази възможност е посочена от Възложителя в обявлението и са спазени изискванията на чл.104, ал.3 от ЗОП. Проверката за наличие на основания за отстраняване и за съответствие с критериите за подбор се извършва по начин, който не се влияе от резултатите от оценката на ценовите предложения.
