Original language: GreekΑντικείμενο της συμφωνίας πλαίσιο είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών Προληπτικής και Επανορθωτικής Συντήρησης, που θα εκτελείται από τον Ανάδοχο σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες συντήρησης του κατασκευαστή, τις προδιαγραφές του εξοπλισμού και αυτές που θέτει η Αναθέτουσα, είτε γενικά είτε για το κάθε αντικείμενο ξεχωριστά. Οι ανωτέρω υπηρεσίες θα εκτελούνται από εξειδικευμένο, στο κάθε αντικείμενο, Προσωπικό του Αναδόχου (για το οποίο και φέρει την ευθύνη εξεύρεσης και τεχνικής του επάρκειας) με τη χρήση κατάλληλων υλικών, αναλώσιμων ή ανταλλακτικών. Κατά την εκτέλεση των ανωτέρω εργασιών, ο Ανάδοχος είναι επίσης υπεύθυνος να λαμβάνει και να τηρεί τα απαραίτητα μέτρα ασφαλείας.
