Provision of Services for the Administrative Support and Technical Operations Support of the Legal Entity of Public Law HELLENIC LAND REGISTRY

The subject of the project concerns the provision of Administrative Services for the support of technical operations to the regional structures of the Project Owner (Land Registry Offices and their Branches), through an expanded Working Group, for the following two (2) basic functions: Function 1: Back-office services: services provided mainly a) after the submission of applications for registration of registrable acts and applications for correction in the Land Registry System and concern their legal and/or technical (where required) processing and the registration of its result, b) after the submission of applications for registration of registrable acts and applications for the issuance of certificates and copies in the Land Registry and Mortgage System, as well as various administrative tasks (such as scanning, archiving, secretarial support tasks, etc.). Function 2: Front-desk services: checking and identification of visitors, provision of information and forms concerning the service of the transacting public (natural persons, legal entities and Public Bodies) and provided during the scheduled transaction hours. They are provided either in person (with free access or by appointment depending on the case) or by phone or by video call. The services provided concern all the tasks that the transacting party is called upon to deal with when visiting the service. The entirety of the services that the contractor is called upon to offer within the framework of the advertised project are on-site Support Services for the technical operations in the regional structures of the Land Registry. If deemed necessary for any reason and technically feasible, certain services may, upon written instruction from the Contracting Authority, be implemented in whole or in part remotely.
