Original language: bgПредметът на обществената поръчка предвижда предоставянето на услуги при спазване изискванията на Закона за управление на отпадъците и предоставяне на качествена услуга от Община Разград на физическите и юридически лица относно събиране и транспортиране на битови отпадъци до съоръжения и инсталации за тяхното третиране. Кратко описание на дейностите в обхвата на поръчката-За нуждите на настоящата поръчка се предвижда изпълнението на дейности за: осигуряване и поддържане на чистотата, лятно почистване, снегопочистване и зимно поддържане на улици и места за обществено ползване на територията на гр. Разград и населените места на община Разград; транспортиране и разтоварване на събраните отпадъци само на инсталациите и съоръженията към регионалното депо за неопасни отпадъци гр. Разград, и избягване на рискове от образуване на нерегламентирани сметища; транспортиране отпадъци, събрани от населението при провеждане на официално обявени общоградски или национални мероприятия или инициативи за хигиенизиране на населените места; почистване на улици и тротоари след пътно-транспортно произшествие/я; намаляване риска от замърсяване на улици и места за обществено ползване на територията на гр. Разград и населените места на община Разград; минимизиране на рисковете за човешкото здраве и околната среда; подобряване на екологичната и физическата инфраструктури; подобряване на санитарно-хигиенните условия на населеното място от територията на община Разград; изграждане и/или поддържане на GPS система за събиране и обработка на данни от сметосъбиращите автомобили, които пряко изпълняват дейности по настоящата обществена поръчка, с осигурен достъп до системата на възложителя за осъществяване контрол за качеството на извършваните услуги и за уточняване на количеството и обема на извършената работа при необходимост; контрол и инспектиране за допуснато замърсяване около съдовете за отпадъци и по маршрута за транспортиране; осигуряване качествено изпълнение на услугата, при спазване изискванията на Закона за управление на отпадъците (ЗУО), Закона за опазване на околната среда (ЗООС), Закона за движение по пътищата и всички други нормативни актове, свързани с предмета на поръчката.
