„Refilling and recycling of toner cartridges for laser printers and copiers and inkjet printer heads for the needs of UMBAL „St. George” EAD“.

The order includes services for refilling and recycling of toner cartridges for laser printers and copiers and inkjet printer heads, as the devices serve both the medical and the administrative and economic block of the healthcare facility, which services are requested by the contracting authority via a request, according to the Technical Specification of the order - Annex No. 2, for a period of 24 months, with the possibility of extension for another 12 months. The estimated value of the contract for the first 24 months amounts to EUR 86,858.10 excluding VAT. The order provides for the possibility of extension for a further 12 months in the absence of a new contract with the same subject, concluded in accordance with the procedures and conditions of the Public Procurement Act, with the estimated value of the contract for the additional period being EUR 43,429.05 excluding VAT, or a total estimated value for the three years – EUR 130,287.15 excluding VAT. The services covered by the order are performed at the initiative of the contracting authority, within the term of the contract, through written requests indicating the specific actions required from the subject of the order - refilling a cartridge for laser printers and copiers and inkjet printer heads and the required quantity, and/or for recycling (replacement with a new one) of a cartridge for laser printers and copiers and inkjet printer heads. The final value of the contract is formed based on the actually requested and delivered quantity of consumables for refilling and recycling of cartridges for laser printers and copiers and inkjet printer heads, respectively for recycling (replacement with a new one) of cartridges for laser printers and copiers and inkjet printer heads, and the contracting authority is not obliged to reach certain quantities or values of the delivered goods during the contract term and does not incur any negative consequences in this regard, such as penalties, compensation obligations, or others. The execution of the contract, including the sending of requests for services with a certain intensity and quantities, is conditional on the initiative and discretion of the contracting authority, and in this regard, the contracting authority does not incur any negative consequences in case of not reaching certain quantities, expenses, profit for the contractor, and others.
