Възложителят предвижда сключване на рамково споразумение, в което не са определени всички условия, с до трима потенциални изпълнители за изготвяне на справедливи пазарни оценки от независим оценител на земеделски земи и трайни насаждения, държавна и общинска собственост, както и собственост на физически и юридически лица, при възникване/учредяване на ограничени вещни права /сервитути/ в полза на ЕСО ЕАД при изграждане/реконструкция на линейни енергийни обекти, както и при изграждане/реконструкция или разширение на площадкови енергийни обекти. За сключване на конкретни договори с лицата от рамковото споразумение по всяка от обособените позиции, възложителят ще провежда вътрешен конкурентен избор (ВКИ) за определяне на изпълнител, въз основа на икономически най-изгодна оферта по критерий за възлагане "най-ниска цена".
