Periodic supply of supportive and toning food and drinks for blood donors – one participant wins the entire lot

Approximate number of portions of supportive and toning food and drinks for blood donors – about 3000 pcs. for 12 months, with each portion to be as per the table “Description of a portion of supportive and toning food and drinks for blood donors” from the documentation. The food and drinks are valued at EUR 3.41 excluding VAT / EUR 4.09 including VAT/ per portion – in accordance with Art. 2, para. 3 of the Ordinance on the conditions and procedures for reimbursement and costing of expenses for blood and blood components collection, diagnosis and processing, for the stimulation, organization and conduct of blood donation activities, and for the procedure and prices for payment of blood and blood components. The provided food products and drinks must have a minimum remaining shelf life of two months at the time of delivery. The portion of supportive and toning food and drinks for blood donors must be delivered packaged, according to the CONTRACTOR's requirements. All food and drinks must comply with the Food Act, the Ordinance on labeling and presentation requirements for food, and Ordinance No. 23 on the conditions and requirements for presenting food information on food labeling. Place of performance of the contract – For the performance of the public procurement, the contractor must ensure transport for delivery to "MBAL 'St. Panteleimon' - Yambol" AD, located in Yambol, 30 Panayot Hitov Str. Delivery time – no more than 48 hours after a request from the CONTRACTOR.
