Поръчката предвижда доставка за период от 24 месеца, на прогнозни количества инертни материали, съгласно спецификацията на възложителя, предназначени за обезпечаване на изпълнението на строително-ремонтни работи на територията на електрическите подстанции собственост на „Електроенергиен системен оператор“ (ЕСО) ЕАД, разположени на територията на административни области Шумен и Търговище. Общото прогнозно количество за доставка на инертните материали по вид и количество: Пясък –150 m³; Чакъл - 300 m³; Трошен камък, различни фракции- 300 m³. Посочените количества инертни материали за доставка са ориентировъчни. Възложителят ще заявява чрез поръчки за доставка необходимите количества от съответните стоки, специфицирани в количествената таблица, съобразно необходимостта на дружеството към момента на изпращане на поръчката за доставка. Възложителят си запазва правото да не заяви всички видове стоки и/или количества, посочени в количествената таблица, в срока по договора, както и да заявява по-големи количества стоки от тези, посочени в количествената таблица.
