Delivery of hygiene materials, according to the Technical Specification and requirements of the public procurement with the subject: “Delivery of cleaning supplies, consumables and agents for rolling stock (PSV) and premises for the needs of BDZ Passenger Services” EOOD, with 2 (two) lots of the Contracting Authority from the participation documentation. The delivery includes the following items: 1.Mop and pad handle-1470 pcs.; 2.Floor mop holder /set with handle/-1250 pcs.;3.Floor cleaning brush-760 pcs.; 4.Telescopic aluminum handle-126 pcs.; 5.Car exterior washing brush-360 pcs.; 6.Blade attachment-1150 pcs.; 7.Abrasive pad holder-217 pcs.; 8.Hand abrasive pad holder-286 pcs.; 9.Abrasive pad-285 pcs.; 10.Glass cleaning tool with handle, squeegee and rubber – set-116 pcs.; 11.Replacement rubber for glass cleaner for squeegee-74 pcs.; 12.Glass cleaning sponge with abrasive strip and plastic holder-set-78 pcs.;13.Hand spray bottle-537 pcs.; 14.Hand spray bottle-80 pcs.; 15.Pump spray bottle-780 pcs.; 16.Short-handled broom-3550 pcs.; 17.Floor mop – string/rope-7750 pcs.; 18.Metal handle-4010 pcs.; 19.WC brush-620 pcs.; 20.Cleaning brush-480 pcs.; 21.Metal shovel-420 pcs.; 22.Brush and shovel set-634 pcs.; 23.Liquid soap dispenser-180 pcs.; 24.Liquid soap dispenser refill-460 pcs.; 25.Liquid soap dispenser – variant 2-180 pcs. Pursuant to Art. 52, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act, in order to prove the compliance of the participants with regard to the offered items/goods according to section II-Technical Specifications for the lots, the Contracting Authority requires participants to provide samples of the following nomenclature units by lot, as follows: -For lot No. 1- for nomenclature units No. 3, No. 5, No. 10, No. 12, No. 19, No. 20, No. 22- No. 25; Samples must be presented in the original packaging of the offered product. Samples must be presented at the following address of the Contracting Authority: Sofia, 3 Ivan Vazov Str., registry office of BDZ Passenger Services EOOD, MTS Directorate. Samples must be presented by the participant or their authorized representative in person or via postal or other courier service with registered mail and return receipt, at the address: Sofia, 3 Ivan Vazov Str., registry office of BDZ Passenger Services EOOD, during the working hours of the Contracting Authority from 08:00 to 16:45, by the deadline for receipt of offers, inclusive. Participants must ensure the timely receipt of samples by the contracting authority within the announced period.
