Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of the object: "Improving the energy efficiency of the Regional Historical Museum in the city of Shumen, municipality of Shumen"

The tender involves the exercise of construction supervision during the execution of the project aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the Regional Historical Museum located in Shumen, Shumen Municipality. The contractor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process until the project is accepted and put into operation, in accordance with the mandatory scope regulated by the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and its subordinate normative acts. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections and controls of the construction products used to ensure compliance with the essential requirements for construction as per the regulations outlined in Article 9, paragraph 2, item 5 of the Law on Technical Requirements for Products. Additionally, the contractor will coordinate the construction process until the project is operational, ensuring that the quantities, quality, and compliance of the construction and assembly works align with the engineering contract. The contractor will also perform the functions of a Safety and Health Coordinator as per the provisions of Regulation No. 2 of 2004 regarding minimum health and safety requirements during construction and assembly works. A Final Report for the construction will be prepared in accordance with Article 168, paragraph 6 of ZUT, along with an updated Technical Passport for the construction. The contractor will manage the processes leading to the issuance of the Usage Permit and will bear responsibility as stipulated in Article 168, paragraph 7 of ZUT until the expiration of the warranty periods for the respective types of construction and assembly works.
