“Execution of construction and installation works in buildings and sites of Plovdiv University „Paisii Hilendarski“, financed by projects“

The subject of the order includes major and current repairs and renovations. which do not require a building permit, according to art. 151 of the Spatial Development Act. All activities are classified by type and group of construction according to Ordinance No. 1 of July 30, 2003, and the Regulation on the Central Professional Register of Builders. The execution of the order includes the performance of construction and repair works in buildings and sites of Plovdiv University „Paisii Hilendarski“, located in the territory of the city of Plovdiv, the city of Kardzhali, the city of Tsarevo, the city of Ahtopol, Smolyan Province, the village of Zagrazhden, and the resort of Pamporovo. The works should be carried out upon award by the Contracting Authority, after conducting an internal competitive selection under art. 82 of the Public Procurement Act. Each specific site and the type of individual construction and installation works included in it will be determined by the Contracting Authority in specific written invitations to potential contractors under the framework agreement. The purpose of the upcoming framework agreement is to select potential contractors through the procedure, with whom the Contracting Authority can award specific contracts for construction activities financed by projects.
