По силата на издаденото разрешение за строеж, строежът предмет на настоящата поръчка попада в трета категория съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 3, буква „б“ от ЗУТ („елементи на техническата инфраструктура, хидротехнически, хидромелиоративни и други мрежи, съоръжения и инсталации, непопадащи в горните категории“) и чл. 6, ал. 2, т. 8 („второстепенни клонове на водоснабдителната мрежа и съоръженията към тях в урбанизираните територии и локални пречиствателни станции към тях“) от Наредба № 1 от 2003г за номенклатурата на видовете строежи. На основание чл.5, ал.6, т.4.3.1 от Правилника за реда за вписване и водене на Централния професионален регистър на строителя (ЦПРС) попада в четвърта група: строежи от благоустройствената инфраструктура, хидротехническото строителство и опазването на околната среда Условията и изискванията към изпълнението на поръчката са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация и инвестиционния проект, а конкретните видове и количества СМР са посочени в Количествените сметки за всяка от махалите и клоновете - представляващи неразделна част от документацията за обществена поръчка.
