Insurance services: "Property - all risks" and "Business interruption"

The contracting authority concludes general insurance policies related to its activities in the city of Sofia and throughout the entire concession area, as follows: Property - all risks for Material Damage and Business Interruption, incl. Sabotage and terrorism. Property insurance - all risks and business interruption includes: Material damage - the insurance must cover all risks of direct physical loss or damage of any kind, including earthquake, machine breakdown (accident) and electronic equipment, operator error, as well as sabotage and terrorism, in accordance with the contract terms. In the event of an insured event, the burden of proof, in case it falls within the excluded risks, is the responsibility of the Insurer. Business interruption (loss of revenue) - the insurance must cover any event covered under Material Damage that has resulted in loss of revenue and increased operating costs, including as a result of machine breakdown and terrorism, in accordance with the contract terms. The property subject to insurance includes Drinking Water Treatment Plant (DWTP) – “Bistritsa”, DWTP – “Pancharevo”, DWTP – “Mala Church”, DWTP – “Pasarel”, Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) – “Kubratovo”, Local Wastewater Treatment Plant (LWWTP) “Voynegovtsi”, Sewage Pumping Stations (SPS), “Beli Iskar” dam, pumping stations, reservoirs, supply pipelines and tunnels, hydrophores, chlorination stations, sewage collectors.
