URBAN PARKS

Contract No. 93-OP25-55(40)/19.05.2026 concluded with the subject: "Year-round maintenance of existing green areas for wide and limited public use / urban and district parks, gardens, forest parks, squares, inter-block spaces, street landscaping, roadside and protective melioration plantings, etc. /", containing trees, shrubs, grass, flower vegetation, play areas, decorative flower beds, planters, pots, maintenance of irrigation systems, including, if necessary, design and construction of new green areas, afforestation of the territory of Burgas Municipality, within the territorial scope falling within Designated Position 1: URBAN PARKS" to framework agreement No. 93-OP25-55(2)/04.12.2025 with the subject: "Year-round maintenance of existing green areas for wide and limited public use / urban and district parks, gardens, forest parks, squares, inter-block spaces, street landscaping, roadside and protective melioration plantings, etc. /", containing trees, shrubs, grass, flower vegetation, play areas, decorative flower beds, planters, pots, maintenance of irrigation systems, including, if necessary, design and construction of new green areas, afforestation of the territory of Burgas Municipality, within the territorial scope falling within Designated Position No. 1: URBAN PARKS". The execution period for a specific type of activity/manipulation will be determined by the Contracting Authority with an order letter, which will contain the estimated volume of the assigned work based on the Preliminary Bill of Quantities (PBC) with indicative quantities of work types and materials. The order letter will be sent by email to the Contractor's email address. DESIGNATED POSITION 1 – "URBAN PARKS" with territorial scope: Primorski Park, Burgas; Park "Ezero", Burgas; Seaside alley from Park "Ezero" to the Sarafovo quarter; "St. Anastasia" Island; The scope of designated position No. 1 includes the following activities: current maintenance of cleanliness in the parks, including: park alleys, waste bins, (dog waste bins), sports and play areas in parks, playgrounds and children's playgrounds, play equipment, benches, including collection and removal of technological waste (organic and inorganic) from the activity, transport and disposal of waste, composting of organic waste, etc.; park landscaping of green areas, maintenance and planting of vegetation; maintenance and construction of irrigation systems in green areas and flower beds; construction of new green areas as part of the green system of Burgas Municipality; afforestation of municipal land. The approximate total area of the developed green areas is 1160 decares. The scope and boundaries of Designated Position 1 are contained in Appendix T 1.1. The types of manipulations, indicative quantities, as well as their frequency per year are contained in Appendix K 4.1.
