Delivery and installation of laundry and kitchen equipment

Requirements for the execution of the order: Energy labeling system: Through energy labels, appliances are classified from class A (dark green), representing products with the highest energy efficiency, to class G (red), which are the least efficient. Since 2021, the simplified scale from A to G (the "+" sign is no longer used) applies to the following product categories: Household refrigerators/hotel refrigerators, freezers Commercial refrigerators Dishwashers Washing machines, dryers Ovens, cookers, combi ovens All products are covered by Directive 2009/125/EC and Regulation (EU) 2017/1369. Minimum requirements for laundry and kitchen appliances: the appliances described in the technical specification – refrigerators, freezer, washing machines, dryers, combi oven must meet class "C", or a higher class or a better item. Warranty period – each item of equipment and furniture, as well as components, connections and details, if any, must have a warranty period of no less than 24 months. The warranty period begins to run from the date of unconditional signing of the Protocol for the actual delivery and installation of the equipment and furniture. Rectification of defects/non-conformities and damages that occur during the warranty period of the delivered furniture, which are found not to be the result of improper use. Upon delivery, each item of equipment and furniture must be accompanied by the relevant documentation - operating manual / passport / license / technical specification and/or declaration of conformity, issued by the manufacturer (as applicable) and a warranty card, which must be in Bulgarian. The contractor selected shall, upon delivery, install the delivered equipment (where applicable) at the site, participate together with a representative of the Contracting Authority in the adjustment and verification of their proper functioning, and instruct the staff on the use of the equipment. The Contracting Authority sets a minimum warranty period of 24 (twenty-four) months, with its maximum duration being at the participant's proposal. To every use in the text (together with all forms of inflection, in singular or plural) of a standard, specification, technical assessment or technical approval, as well as of a specific model, source, process, trademark, patent, type, origin or manufacture within the meaning of Art. 48, para. 2 and Art. 49, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, it shall be automatically considered that "or equivalent/s" has been added. Important! Pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants shall be carried out before the preliminary selection. ​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​
