„Delivery, installation, and commissioning of additional medical equipment and furnishings for the needs of "MBAL "St. Panteleimon" - Yambol" AD" The current public procurement is for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of medical equipment and furnishings for the needs of "MBAL "St. Panteleimon" - Yambol" AD. The deliveries, which are the subject of the public procurement, are determined by the specific needs of the Contracting Authority for the contract period. The quantities of medical equipment and furnishings are indicative, and the Contracting Authority has the right to change them by requesting additional quantities of specific product(s), at the expense of other product(s) from the technical specifications, without exceeding the estimated financial resource allocated at the opening of the public procurement. The Contracting Authority has the right, when necessary, to request the replacement of items, both from one type or quantity to another, as well as the replacement of several items at the expense of others, without this leading to an increase in the total offered price by the bidders. As of the date of announcement of the public procurement, funding has not been secured, therefore the contract concluded as a result of the procedure is considered concluded under a condition within the meaning of Art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act (contract with deferred performance), its validity and execution, including payments under it, are dependent on the fulfillment of the following condition: availability of secured funding. The execution of the contract begins after confirmation by the contracting authority of secured funding and submission by the contractor of the performance guarantee. Participants who offer a total price for the execution of the public procurement exceeding the limit forecast value announced by the Contracting Authority will be excluded from the procedure as not meeting the preliminary conditions set by the Contracting Authority. The place of execution of deliveries is the New Hospital Complex at "MBAL "St. Panteleimon" - Yambol" AD, located in Yambol, Dr. Dimitar Donchev residential area. The contract duration is 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of its signing by the parties. Payment method: Advance payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the contract value including VAT, within 30 (thirty) days after receiving notification (confirmation from the Contracting Authority of secured funding, including partial) for the financing of the procurement, provided there is available financial resources and the submission by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of an original invoice for the advance payment, as well as an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee covering 100% of the value of the advance payments made, in one of the forms specified in Art. 111, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. The advance payment is considered utilized after submitting all documents to the Contracting Authority confirming the performance of the specific delivery under the contract.
