С настоящата обществена поръчка ОДМВР -Видин, в качеството си на краен клиент, по смисъла на Закона за енергетиката, има за цел избор на: 1. Доставчик на електрическа енергия за обектите, посочени в Приложение №1.1. към техническата спецификация, представляващо неразделна част от настоящата документация и 2. Координатор на стандартна балансираща група. При изпълнение на поръчката следва да се извършва при необходимост енергиен мониторинг със собствени или наети средства за измерване и комуникация и да се представят на възложителя необходимите графици и справки. Доставката на електрическа енергия трябва да бъде в съответствие с действащите нормативни документи: Закон за енергетиката (ЗЕ), Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ) и Правила за измерване на количеството електрическа енергия (ПИКЕЕ). Прогнозната консумация на електроенергия е изчислена на база общият разход и месечното потребление на електроенергия в представената таблица Приложение № 1.1. Общото прогнозно количество за доставка на нетна активна електрическа енергия за срока на договора е 1 305 590 кWh. Посоченото прогнозно количество не ангажира Възложителя да ги потреби, като същият си запазва правото да потребява количества електроенергия и над посоченото прогнозно количество, в случай на възникнала необходимост.
