Обществена поръчка има за цел да обезпечи нуждите на Община Разлог и второстепенните ѝ разпоредители с бюджет от доставка на активна нетна електрическа енергия ниско напрежение и избор на координатор на балансираща група за срок от 36 календарни месеца. Възлагането на обществената поръчка за покупко-продажба на електрическа енергия по свободно договорени цени се провежда при съблюдаване на приложимите разпоредби на Закона за енергетиката и останалите нормативни актове, които уреждат обществените отношения, свързани с доставката на електрическа енергия. Като неделима част от доставката на електроенергия Възложителят залага изискване към бъдещия изпълнител да извършва и дистанционно измерване и наблюдение на консумацията на електрическа енергия на определени обекти - максимум до три броя, с цел да се осигури повишаване на ефективността при потреблението на електрическа енергия и вземане на решения и мерки за енергийна ефективност.
