Original language: bgПредметът на настоящата обособена позиция включва предоставяне на консултантски услуги, свързани с организация и управление на един проект за нуждите на община Шумен, финансиран от Механизма за възстановяване и устойчивост, а именно „Подобряване на енергийна ефективност на сградата на Спортен комплекс „Плиска“ гр. Шумен, община Шумен“. Предметът на обособената позиция включва следните дейности: Преглед на документи - в изпълнение на дейността, изпълнителят трябва да извърши следното: - Запознаване в детайли с договора за финансиране за предоставяне на средства на крайни получатели от Механизма за възстановяване и устойчивост и всички приложения към него; - Извършване на първоначален преглед на приети от Възложителя документи, имащи отношение към управлението на проекти, финансирани с европейски средства. При установени пропуски в документите или липса на такива изпълнителят следва да изготви предложение за съставянето или допълването им. Наблюдение, контрол и координация за изпълнение на договорите в рамките на проекта. Изпълнителят ще осъществява документални проверки на физическо и финансово изпълнение на договорите с външни изпълнители за дейностите по проекта. Общо управление и отчитане на напредъка по проекта, спазвайки правилата на процедура BG-RRP-4.020 „ПОДКРЕПА ЗА УСТОЙЧИВО ЕНЕРГИЙНО ОБНОВЯВАНЕ НА ПУБЛИЧЕН СГРАДЕН ФОНД ЗА АДМИНИСТРАТИВНО ОБСЛУЖВАНЕ, КУЛТУРА И СПОРТ“. Срокът за изпълнение на услугите е от датата на получаване на възлагателно писмо от Възложителя след сключване на договор и получаване на достъп за четене в ИСУН и е до изпълнение на всички задължения по договора, но не по-късно от крайната дата за изпълнение на договора за безвъзмездна финансова помощ – 30.06.2026 г. или новата му крайна дата, в случай на удължаване на продължителността на проекта. За изпълнение на услугите, избраният изпълнител следва да предостави екип от двама експерти: ръководител на проекта и координатор на проекта, за целият период на изпълнение на договора.
