Αντικείμενο του έργου αποτελεί η παροχή υπηρεσιών Ανεξάρτητου Ελεγκτή, σύμφωνα με τα προβλεπόμενα στις Διαδικασίες Δ8 «Έλεγχος από Ανεξάρτητο Ελεγκτή» και Δ18 «Ολοκλήρωση Έργου» του Συστήματος Διαχείρισης και Ελέγχου (ΣΔΕ) για Επιβεβαίωση Επίτευξης Έργων του Ταμείου Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας, που παρακολουθούνται από το Υπουργείο Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης, όπως αναλύεται στην παράγραφο 2.2 του ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑΤΟΣ 1 του παρόντος. Η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή δύναται να προσδιορίσει σύμφωνα με τα ορόσημα και την ολοκλήρωση των έργων, τις απαιτήσεις συμπλήρωσης και προσκόμισης των λιστών ελέγχου ή/και των εκθέσεων ελέγχου, σύμφωνα με τον πίνακα της Παραγράφου 2.2 του Παραρτήματος 1 της Διακήρυξης.
