Το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αφορά στην επιλογή αναδόχου για την προμήθεια 27.000 διατακτικών ονομαστικής αξίας 10 (δέκα) ευρώ εκάστης (ή εναλλακτικά 54.000 διατακτικών ονομαστικής αξίας 5 (πέντε) ευρώ εκάστης) και 21.000 διατακτικών ονομαστικής αξίας 6 (έξι) ευρώ εκάστης για την αγορά προϊόντων σίτισης, προς διάθεση στο προσωπικό της Εθνικής Λυρικής Σκηνής. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι – Αναλυτική Περιγραφή Φυσικού και Οικονομικού Αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης της παρούσας διακήρυξης. Τα προς προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV): 22413000-8 «Κουπόνια εμπορικών προσφορών», 30199750-2 «Κουπόνια». Η σύμβαση θα εκτελείται τμηματικά, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της ΕΛΣ που θα κοινοποιούνται στον ανάδοχο εγγράφως. Η εκτέλεση της εκάστοτε τμηματικής παραγγελίας πρέπει να λαμβάνει χώρα το αργότερο εντός πέντε (5) ημερών από την κοινοποίησή της στον ανάδοχο. Χρόνος εξαργύρωσης διατακτικών: 1 (ένα) έτος Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο των ως προς προμήθεια ειδών. Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε έναν (1) μήνα από την υπογραφή της, οπότε θα πρέπει να έχει παραληφθεί οριστικώς από την Ε.Λ.Σ το σύνολο των διατακτικών σίτισης. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των τριακοσίων ενενήντα έξι χιλιάδων ευρώ (396.000,00 €). Κριτήριο ανάθεσης της Σύμβασης είναι η πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά βάσει τιμής (υψηλότερο ποσοστό έκπτωσης επί της προϋπολογισθείσας αξίας της παρούσας).
