Original language: bgМинистърът на финансите, в качеството си на Централен орган за покупки (ЦОП), съгласно Постановление № 385/30.12.2015 г. на Министерския съвет, е сключил Рамково споразумение № СПОР-29/31.10.2024 г., изменено с допълнително споразумение № 1/11.10.2023 г. за възлагане на централизирана обществена поръчка с предмет: „Доставка на копирна хартия за органи на изпълнителната власт и техните администрации“, обособена позиция 6 с наименование „Доставка на различни видове хартия за офиса, вкл. безконечна хартия, картони, факс хартия, терморолки“ за органи на изпълнителната власт и техните администрации. Рамковото споразумение влиза в сила от датата на сключването му и е със срок на действие 12 (дванадесет) месеца и опция за удължаването с не – повече от 6 (шест) месеца, в случай, че не бъде достигната стойността му в първоначално определения срок. Националната агенция за приходите попада в кръга на субектите по чл. 4, ал. 1 от ПМС №385/2015 г. (Постановлението), които са задължени да се възползват от централизираните обществени поръчки, провеждани от ЦОП, като сключват индивидуални договори по рамковите споразумения, сключвани от централния орган. Възложителите по чл. 4, ал. 1 от Постановлението провеждат малки състезателни процедури и/или сключват договори за доставки и услуги с потенциалните изпълнители по сключените от ЦОП рамкови споразумения при спазване условията на тези споразумения. Редът за сключване на договори от индивидуалните възложители е описан в раздел VІІІ на подписаното рамково споразумение. Гореизложените обстоятелства обосновават необходимост от стартиране на процедура за провеждане на вътрешен конкурентен избор по реда на чл. 82, ал. 1 от ЗОП за възлагане на обществена поръчка с предмет: „Доставка на различни видове хартия за офиса, вкл. безконечна хартия, картони, факс хартия, терморолки за нуждите на Национална агенция за приходите” като от НАП е подадена заявка до ЦОП за сума в размер на 60 000,00 лева без ДДС или 72 000,00 лева с ДДС, чрез които ще бъдат задоволени нуждите на ЦУ на НАП и териториалните дирекции на НАП със съответните офиси.
