Original language: GreekΑντικείμενο της παρούσας Διακήρυξης είναι η παροχή γενικών υπηρεσιών που αφορούν τα κέντρα δεδομένων και υπηρεσιών της ΕΔΥΤΕ Α.Ε. στις εγκαταστάσεις Κνωσσού (ΕΔΥΤΕ/Κνωσσός) και Λούρου (ΕΔΥΤΕ/Λούρος) και συγκεκριμένα περιλαμβάνουν: • Προληπτική και διορθωτική συντήρηση για το σύνολο του υποστηρικτικού εξοπλισμού. • Υπηρεσίες συνεχούς (24x7) απομακρυσμένης παρακολούθησης της λειτουργίας των κέντρων δεδομένων από οργανωμένο κέντρο παρακολούθησης και λειτουργίας υποδομών. • Προγραμματισμό και υλοποίηση συντήρησης σε περιοδική βάση. • Εκπόνηση αναφορών λειτουργίας, προληπτικής και διορθωτικής συντήρησης σε τριμηνιαία βάση. • Άμεση απόκριση με εξειδικευμένους ή/και πιστοποιημένους τεχνικούς στο πεδίο σε περίπτωση βλάβης που επηρεάζει την λειτουργία του κόμβου. • Υποστήριξη καθ’ όλη την διάρκεια του έργου με διαθεσιμότητα και παροχή όλων των απαραίτητων ανταλλακτικών, αναλωσίμων και μικροϋλικών για την επισκευή και συντήρηση του εξοπλισμού στο βαθμό που περιγράφεται στο παρόν τεύχος. • Περιοδικό έλεγχο της ποιότητας πετρελαίου (ανά τρίμηνο) στις δεξαμενές καυσίμου με χημική ανάλυση οξείδωσης και έλεγχο βιολογικής μόλυνσης (μύκητες). • Λοιπές υποστηρικτικές υπηρεσίες για την οργάνωση και λειτουργία των κέντρων δεδομένων, την εγκατάσταση νέου εξοπλισμού πληροφορικής, την επέκταση των υποδομών, για την βελτίωση της διαθεσιμότητας και της ενεργειακής απόδοσης, την επικαιροποίηση της τεκμηρίωσης των υποδομών και των διαδικασιών επείγουσας ανάγκης.
