Original language: bg„Доставка на безконечна принтерна хартия, факс хартия (ролки), цветна хартия, картони и терморолки за нуждите на Министерство на културата“ Поканата се изпраща до МУЛТИКО 92 ООД с ЕИК: 040606358 и се сключва договор по реда на чл. 82, ал. 1 от ЗОП. Договорът влиза в сила от датата на извеждането му в деловодството на Възложителя и е в сила до изтичане на срока на действие на сключеното Рамково споразумение № СПОР-47/30.12.2025 г., т.е. до 30.06.2027 г., или до достигане на максимално допустимата стойност на договора, в зависимост от това кое събитие настъпи първо. Всяка заявка се подава съобразно потребностите на Възложителя съгласно Техническата спецификация на ЦОП. Изпълнението на всяка заявка е в срок 7 работни дни от подаването на заявката. Гаранцията за изпълнение на договора: 5 (пет) % от стойността на договора без ДДС, а именно 150,00 евро (сто и петдесет евро) без ДДС. Договорът се сключва при спазване изискванията на чл. 112 от ЗОП. Възложителят изисква декларация по чл. 54, ал. 1, т. 7 от ЗОП и декларация по чл. по чл. 112, ал. 10 от ЗОП.
