Предмет на поръчката е избор на изпълнител за транспорт на пациенти, нуждаещи се от хемодиализа от дома им до центъра за хемодиализа в МБАЛ „Света Анна-Варна“АД и обратно по утвърден седмичен график и поименен списък в следните населени места: Варна, Долни чифлик, Балчик, Ветрино, Девня Бяла, Провадия, Вълчи дол, Белослав, Аксаково, Аврен, Суворово, Обзор и Дългопол за период от две години. Средният брой пациенти, нуждаещи се от хемодиализа е 50 човека, разделени в 4 смени, а именно- половината от посочената бройка се разделят на две смени дневно, три пъти в седмицата- понеделник, сряда и петък, а другата половина се разделят на две смени дневно, три пъти в седмицата -вторник, четвъртък и събота. Конкретните населени места се определят съобразно местоживеене на пациента и подходящ маршрут, целящ обслужване на максимален брой пациенти в посока.
