Предмет на обществената поръчка е избор на изпълнител за доработване на налична уеб базирана информационна система, за проследяване развитието на студенти и докторанти в Медицински университет – Варна. В рамките на обществената поръчка следва да бъдат реализирани промени във визуализацията, съдържанието и структурата на следните бланки за попълване в системата - Индивидуален учебен план; Отчет на докторанта; Атестационна карта. Следва да бъде разработена и добавена функционалност, предоставяща възможност на потребители с определени права и роли да добавят и редактират данни, свързани с вече приключили конкурси, за осигуряване на пълен административен контрол върху вече съществуващи записи в конкурсните процедури. Уеб базираната информационна система за проследяване развитието на студенти и докторанти на Медицински университет – Варна, включва три основни модула - модул за информация, администриране и обучение на докторанти, модул за проследяване кариерното развитие на студентите в първата година след дипломирането и модул обща информационна система (мрежа) между кариерните центрове на Медицински университет - Варна и Варненски свободен университет „Черноризец Храбър“.
