Original language: bgПредмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е доставка на вода за питейно-битови нужди, отвеждане и пречистване на отпадъчни води за потребностите на обекти, собственост на Община Разград, находящи се на територията на община Разград, съгласно списък приложение към договора, по утвърдени от Комисията за енергийно и водно регулиране /КЕВР/ пределни цени въз основа на отчетеното количество вода, със срок на договора 36 месеца, считано от датата на подписването му или до достигане на максимално допустимата прогнозна стойност по договора в рамките на този срок – в зависимост кое от двете събития настъпи по-рано. Възложителят си запазва правото, в хода на изпълнение на поръчката, при възникнала необходимост да включва допълнителни обекти за предоставяне на В и К услуги, попадащи в обособената територия на оператор „Водоснабдяване-Дунав“ ЕООД.
