Берковица“ Условията, при които ще се реализира предметът на поръчката, правата и задълженията на Възложителя и на Изпълнителя, които се възлагат чрез настоящата процедура са съгласно документацията към обществената поръчка, техническата спецификация и проекта на договор, както и в съответствие с приложимата нормативна уредба. Обхват на обществената поръчка: Предметът на обществената поръчка включва закупуване и доставка на 1 брой, фабрично нов, неупотребяван електрически автомобил, окомплектован съгласно чл. 139 от Закона за движение по пътищата, придружен от необходимите за регистрацията му документи, сервизна книжка, както и инструкция за експлоатация и доставка, монтаж и пускане в експлоатация на 1 бр. зарядна станция за зареждане на електромобили с минимална мощност 22 kW на посочено от възложителя място в гр.
