Facade and premises repair of KAS and ZRU at substation Zlatograd

The electrical substation (PS) "Zlatograd" is located on a land property with identifier 31111.31.552, according to the Cadastral Map and Cadastral Registers of the Smolyan region, Zlatograd municipality, town of Zlatograd. The substation is operated by ESO EAD, "Plovdiv Network Operational Region" Directorate (UMER Plovdiv), Smolyan department. Access to the substation is via an asphalt road, part of the municipal road network of the town. There are no restrictions on the movement of standard machinery. The geographical coordinates of PS "Zlatograd" are: 41°23'18" N and 25°05'11" E. The subject of this order is the execution of construction and installation works (SMR) on the command-technological buildings (KAS and ZRU 20 kV), as follows: 1. ZRU Building Restoration of anti-corrosion protection of the roof covering by applying anti-corrosion primer and alkyd-based topcoat – silver ferrolite metal paint; Replacement of vertical downpipes from roof drainage; Replacement of metal doors on the north facade with fire-resistant solid double doors, fire resistance class EI 90; Replacement of metal window frames of the ZRU 20 kV building with new aluminum profile frames with a broken thermal bridge, including related repair finishing works – turning of pages, application of topcoat and others; Application of plaster in two layers with adhesive for thermal insulation and silicate plaster on facades. Application of primer and polymer mosaic plaster on the plinth with an average height of 60cm and on the sides of terraces; Restoration of compromised sections of internal plaster/putty on the first and second floors. Complete priming with impregnating primer to equalize the absorbency of the walls, painting with latex on the walls; Restoration of anti-corrosion protection of metal railings and emergency stairs. 2. Command-administrative building Replacement of vertical roof drainage; Restoration of compromised sections of external plaster. Application of primer and facade paint (fasagen) on facades. Application of primer and polymer mosaic plaster on the plinth with an average height of 60 cm; Restoration of the surface and paint coating on decorative wooden elements and linings on terraces and eaves. Replacement of compromised wooden elements on eastern terraces; Replacement of wooden and metal window frames (doors and windows) in basement rooms with aluminum ones. Replacement of the metal entrance door to the building. Replacement of the wooden door in the sanitary room on the second floor. It is envisaged that the existing internal metal doors between KAS and ZRU 20 kV will be dismantled and replaced with fire-resistant, solid doors with fire resistance class EI 90; Chipping of compromised plaster/putty in the premises, partial plastering of walls and ceilings and painting with latex; In the command room – replacement of tiles, chipping of compromised putty/plaster, plastering on the ceiling, priming and painting with latex; Painting of walls, railings and handrails in the staircase of the basement floor. 3. External fence of KAS Dismantling, supply and installation of a solid wooden pedestrian door; Restoration of the surface and paint coating on decorative wooden elements on the fence of stone masonry and canopy over the entrance door. Construction waste generated during the execution of construction and installation activities is collected separately, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 2/23.07.2014 on the classification of construction waste and is regularly transported to a regulated landfill.
