Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι Προμήθεια εορταστικού φωτισμού και διακόσμου του Δήμου Ηρακλείου, καθώς και την τοποθέτηση και απεγκατάσταση του στο Δήμο Ηρακλείου . Τα προς προμήθεια διακοσμητικά είδη προορίζονται για τον εορταστικό φωτισμό της πόλης κατά την περίοδο των γιορτών ( Χριστουγέννων – Πρωτοχρονιάς ) και θα διακοσμούν κεντρικούς δρόμους και πλατείες. Στο προϋπολογισμό της Προμήθειας εορταστικού φωτισμού και διακόσμου του Δήμου Ηρακλείου συμπεριλαμβάνονται: Τοποθέτηση του νέου εορταστικού φωτισμού και διακόσμου με χρήση γερανοφόρου οχήματος (καλάθι), όλα τα υλικά και μικροϋλικά για την πλήρη εγκατάσταση του με παράδοση σε πλήρη λειτουργία. Η τοποθέτηση του νέου εορταστικού φωτισμού και διακόσμου είναι υποχρέωση του προμηθευτή και θα γίνεται με την υπόδειξη της Υπηρεσίας Ηλεκτροφωτισμού του Δήμου.
