Предвидено е изграждане на ново oсветление на футболното игрище на стадион Локомотив. За целта е необходимо да се предвиди и изпълни осветление, монтирано върху козирките на четирите трибуни. Минимални изисквания към LED прожекторите: - Работно мрежово напрежение: AC 220 – 400V 50/60Hz; - Ефективност на осветителя ≥ 100 lm/W; - Цветна температура – ≥ 4000 K; - Индекс на цветопредаване CRI ≥ 70; - Фактор на мощността ≥ 0.90 λ; - Тегло ≤ 35 кг.; - Степен на защита, осигурени от обвивката (IP код) ≥ IP65 - Степени на защита, осигурени от обвивката, за електрически съоръжения срещу външни механични удари (IK код) ≥ IK 08. В проектната разработка трябва да се предвиди единно управление от Контролен пункт в Централна трибуна, както и възможност за провеждане на светлинно шоу. Предвид факта, че към момента на откриване на процедурата за възлагане на обществената поръчка, са напълно изградени и въведени в експлоатация три трибуни на стадиона /източна трибуна Спортклуб, северна трибуна Бесика и северна трибуна/ а Централната трибуна е в процес на изграждане, Възложителят изисква да се предложи проектно решение, придружено със светотехнически изчисления за доказване на достигане на необходимите показатели за осветеност при изпълнение върху четирите трибуни /първо решение в проектното предложение/, а също и при изпълнение на трите трибуни (без централна трибуна) и запазване на съществуващите 2 стълба/пилона до пълното изграждане на централна трибуна /второ решение в проектното предложение/. В обхвата на обществената поръчка са включени следните дейности: - Проектиране - изготвяне инвестиционен проект във фази: „Идеен проект“ и „Работен проект“; - Строителство – изпълнение на предвидените в инвестиционния проект строително- монтажни работи (СМР); Авторски надзор – упражняване на авторски надзор по Закона за устройство на територията по време на изпълнение на строително–монтажните работи.
