Selection of a supplier of active net electrical energy and a low-voltage balancing group coordinator for the needs of RZOK-Haskovo.

The supply of electrical energy must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: Energy Act (ZE), Rules for Trading Electricity (PTEE) and Rules for Measuring Electrical Energy Quantity (PIKEE). Regarding the planning and contracting of specific quantities of net active electrical energy, the PTEE apply. The execution of the subject of the contract includes the performance of the following main activities: - Supply of the necessary quantities of net active electrical energy at low voltage, indicated in item 2.4 of the Technical Requirements and Specifications, Annex No. 1 to this documentation, with possible deviations in a positive or negative direction. - Preparation of all necessary documents for the registration of the Contracting Authority's sites on the liberal electricity market and carrying out the full procedure for their registration. - Inclusion of the Contracting Authority as an indirect member of the Contractor's balancing group in accordance with the "Rules for Trading Electricity" (PTEE), without the Contracting Authority paying a registration and participation fee. - Energy monitoring, forecasting the Contracting Authority's electricity consumption and preparing hourly consumption schedules. Notification (registration) of hourly schedules in the MMS of the Energy System Operator (ESO) as well as carrying out all necessary activities related to the Contracting Authority's participation in the liberal electricity market, in accordance with PTEE, ZE and PIKEE.
