Предметът на обществената поръчка включва следните дейности за обекта: Изготвяне на оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект за обекта. Упражняването на строителен надзор по време на строителството до приемане и въвеждане в експлоатация на строежа в задължителния обхват, регламентиран в ЗУТ и подзаконовите нормативни актове по прилагането му. Инвестиционното намерение е свързано с надграждане на съществуваща компостираща инсталация за компостиране на биоразградими отпадъци с допълнителен капацитет 930 т/г за рециклиране на хранителни отпадъци и други биоразградими отпадъци. Общата прогнозна стойност на настоящата обществена поръчка е 14 719.50 лева без включено ДДС. Максималните стойности, на отделните дейности, сключени в обхвата на обществената поръчка са, както следва: 1. Изпълнение на строителен надзор, включително Окончателен доклад и Технически паспорт - 10 000.00 лв. 2. Извършване на оценка на съответствието на инвестиционен проект и комплексен доклад за оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект - 4 719.50 лв. Обществената поръчка се финансира със средства по Процедура №BG16FFPR002-2.003 „Мерки за изграждане, разширяване и/или надграждане на общински/регионални системи за разделно събиране и рециклиране на биоразградими отпадъци“, по Приоритет 2 „Отпадъци“ на Програма „Околна среда“ 2021-2027 г.
