"Engineering - design (comprehensive plan-PUP-PP and technical design), construction and author's supervision of the site "Reconstruction of the supply water pipeline from Pumping Stations "Iber" and "Maritsa" to the pressure tanks of the town of Ihtiman in the section from the Relief Shaft to the village of Raduil to the diversion for NR for the village of Pchelin"

The subject of the procurement is "Engineering - design (comprehensive plan-PUP-PP and technical design), construction and author's supervision of the site "Reconstruction of the supply water pipeline from Pumping Stations "Iber" and "Maritsa" to the pressure tanks of the town of Ihtiman in the section from the Relief Shaft to the village of Raduil to the diversion for NR for the village of Pchelin". The scope of the procurement includes the execution of the following main activities: Review and analysis of the provided available initial data and information; Preparation of a Comprehensive Investment Initiative Plan according to Art. 150 of the ZUT, consisting of the following components: preparation of a detailed development plan – parcel plan and investment project in the "technical design" phase for the site: "Reconstruction of the supply water pipeline from Pumping Stations "Iber" and "Maritsa" to the pressure tanks of the town of Ihtiman in the section from the Relief Shaft to the village of Raduil to the diversion for NR for the village of Pchelin"; Assistance in coordinating the Comprehensive Investment Initiative Plan with the relevant competent administrations, interested institutions, operating companies and third parties in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework; Obtaining all necessary permits related to the execution of the construction; Execution of construction and installation works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the execution of the construction in accordance with regulatory requirements, the Employer's requirements and the approved investment project; Carrying out author's supervision according to the ZUT, incl. providing technical solutions, additions and/or amendments to the project if necessary and assistance in commissioning the site; Preparation of as-built documentation, cadastral survey of the entire construction and submission of the data to the relevant service for geodesy, cartography and cadastre according to Art. 54a, para. 2 of the Cadastre and Property Register Act; Handover of the site and its acceptance by the Employer with a Statement of Conformity for Acceptance of the Construction, Appendix No. 15 to Ordinance No. 3 of 31.07.2003 on the preparation of acts and protocols during construction; Participation in the commissioning of the site with a Protocol for Establishing the Fitness for Use of the Construction, Appendix No. 16 of Ordinance No. 3 of 31.07.2003; Execution of obligations related to ensuring the normal functioning and use of the completed construction site and elimination of hidden defects after acceptance and commissioning of the site within the warranty periods for completed construction and installation works and facilities in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 31.07.2003 on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and the minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites. The planned investment measures include the reconstruction of the supply water pipeline from Pumping Stations "Iber" and "Maritsa" to the pressure tanks "Ihtiman", which will be carried out parallel to the existing route. The entire supply water pipeline has been dimensioned, with the section being reconstructed considered with new pipes of the corresponding diameter. The total length of the water pipeline to be reconstructed is 14,056 m. The terrain is highly rugged, which necessitates the use of pipes with different nominal pressures. 3 pressure regulators are planned at points N6 and 44 of the reconstructed section and at point 261 of the existing water pipeline towards Ihtiman, as well as a relief shaft in the reconstructed section at point N22. Water meter shafts are planned at the beginning and end of the reconstructed section, as well as at each diversion from it. The estimated excavation depth is about 2 m; the exact depth and excavations will be determined in the investment project.
