Αντικείμενο της παρούσης, είναι η παροχή, με εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό του Παρόχου, υπηρεσιών λειτουργίας συντήρησης και περιβαλλοντικής διαχείρισης του Χ.Υ.Τ.Α. Αλμωπίας. Η συνολική διάρκεια της Σύμβασης ορίζεται στους σαράντα οκτώ (48) μήνες, πλέον των τριάντα (30) ημερών που απαιτούνται για την εγκατάσταση και ετοιμότητα του Παρόχου προς παροχή των υπηρεσιών. Επίσης, παρέχεται στον ΦοΔΣΑ η δυνατότητα σύναψης Σύμβασης δυνάμει ρήτρας δικαιώματος προαίρεσης για επιπλέον χρονικό διάστημα είκοσι τεσσάρων (24) μηνών.
