Dairy products for facilities of the "Center for Social Services"

The subject of this lot is the conclusion of a contract with a contractor after conducting a procurement procedure for the supply of dairy products for facilities of the "Center for Social Services" with estimated quantities as follows: Cow cheese - vacuum-packed - 2,400.00 kg; Cow cheese, various types - 1500 pcs.; Kashkaval, various types and packaging - 2755 pcs., 4295 kg; Cream cheese, various packaging - 775 pcs.; Yogurt - fruit - 3,790.00 pcs.; Yogurt 2%, various types - 67,790 pcs.; Bio yogurt 2% - 2,300.00 pcs.; Yogurt 3.6% - 20,130.00 pcs.; Fresh milk 2% - 9,590.00 l; Fresh milk 3% - 11,510.00 l; Bio fresh milk 3.7% - 3,700.00 l; Butter, various packaging - 13605 pcs.; Saltless cow's milk quark - 500.00 kg; Saltless cow's milk quark - 465.00 pcs.; Quark - 250.00 kg; Transitional milk - 300.00 pcs.; Mayonnaise - 2,280.00 pcs.; Powdered milk - 200.00 pcs.; Processed cheese - 1,320.00 pcs. The specified quantity, described in detail in Annex No. 1.2 to the Technical Specification, is an estimate. The quantities specified in the Technical Specification to the public procurement documentation are estimates for the contract period (24 months), and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the specified quantities of goods according to its needs, as well as not to order a given item or the entire quantity if the need ceases. The facilities that will be included in the contract for the supply of food products by lots are according to the attached List to the documentation (Annex No. 1.1, an integral part of the Technical Specification - List of facilities of the "Center for Social Services"), and the Contracting Authority has the right to add and remove facilities. The total estimated value of the lot is BGN 676,004.15 excluding VAT. The contract performance period is 24 months from the date of its entry into force, or until the maximum permissible value of the contract for the lot is reached, whichever event occurs first. According to ORDINANCE No. H-1 of 23.07.2024 on environmental requirements for certain products, subject of public procurement, published in the State Gazette, issue 64 of 30.07.2024, effective from 14.08.2024, issued by the Minister of Environment and Water, the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Economy and Industry, for food products (milk and dairy products, meat and meat products, fish and fish products, cereals and cereal-based foods, vegetables and fruits, etc. according to Annex No. 1 to Art. 4 of Ordinance No. H-1 of 23.07.2024 for product group: Food, catering services and vending machines - food supply), the contracting authority is legally obliged in 2025 and 2026 to apply the requirement for the supply of organic food products for not less than 3% for 2025 and 4% for 2026 respectively, of the total quantity of the supply of the food group, according to the list of organic food products from the aforementioned ordinance. The specified quantities of supplied organic food products can be provided with one or more of the types of products included in the List of organic food products for each separate group. The producer/supplier of organic food products from which the contractor will procure them must be certified in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 of the Council and Ordinance No 5 of 3 September 2018 on the application of the rules of organic production, labelling and control, and on issuing permits for control activities for compliance with the rules of organic production, as well as for subsequent official supervision of control bodies.
