Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка е: „Инженеринг – проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор за изграждане на външно електрозахранване на сграда на Национален СТЕМ Център в имот, част от „София Тех Парк“, гр. София“. В обхвата на поръчката са включени следните дейности: 1. Изготвяне на инвестиционен проект като работен проект в обхват и съдържание съгласно ЗУТ и Наредба № 4 за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти; 2. Изпълнение на СМР съгласно инвестиционния проект, изискванията на Възложителя, заложени в Техническата спецификация, предписанията и заповедите в Заповедната книга, в т.ч. предвидените с количествено – стойностната сметка СМР; 3. Доставка и влагане в строителството на необходимите и съответстващи на инвестиционния проект строителни продукти и електрически елементи и оборудване; 4. Производство и/или доставка на строителни детайли/елементи и оборудване и влагането им в строежа; 5. Извършване на необходимите изпитвания и лабораторни изследвания; 6. Съставяне на строителни книжа и изготвяне на екзекутивната документация на строежа; 7. Участие в процедурата по въвеждане на строежа в експлоатация; 8. Отстраняване на недостатъците, установени по време на изпълнението и при предаването на строежа и въвеждането му в експлоатация; 9. Отстраняване на проявени дефекти през гаранционните срокове, определени с договора за възлагане на обществената поръчка в съответствие с офертата; 10. Извършване на авторски надзор от проектантите на обекта във всяка една фаза на изпълнението и при всяка необходимост, заявена от Изпълнител, Възложител или Надзора в строителството.
