Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών εξυπηρέτησης πελατών εντός των τριών (3) μουσειακών χώρων του πρώην Βασιλικού Κτήματος Τατοΐου (Βασιλική Έπαυλη, Νέο Βουστάσιο, Παλαιό Βουστάσιο), μέσω προσωπικού που θα διαθέτει, κατ’ αρχήν, πτυχίο ή δίπλωμα ή απολυτήριο τίτλο ειδικότητας «Φύλακας Μουσείων και Αρχαιολογικών Χώρων» δημοσίου ή ιδιωτικού Ι.Ε.Κ. ή άλλο ισότιμο τίτλο σχολικής μονάδας αντίστοιχης ειδικότητας, σύμφωνα με τα αναλυτικώς οριζόμενα στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της Διακήρυξης. Το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αφορά, κατά κύριο λόγο, στην πλήρη εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών/τριών και στη λειτουργική υποστήριξη των μουσειακών χώρων (πληροφόρηση, καθοδήγηση), με παράλληλη μέριμνα για την προστασία των εκθεμάτων και των χώρων πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς. Σημειώνεται ότι όλα τα κτήρια του Κτήματος έχουν χαρακτηρισθεί νεώτερα μνημεία και όλο το Κτήμα έχει χαρακτηρισθεί ως Ιστορικός τόπος (ΦΕΚ 1620/B/2003) και προστατεύονται από τις διατάξεις του Ν. 4858/2021 «Κύρωση κώδικα νομοθεσίας για την προστασία των Αρχαιοτήτων και εν γένει της πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς».
