Избор на Изпълнител за изготвяне на инвестиционен проект във фаза „Работен проект” и упражняване на авторски надзор по време на изпълнение на строителни и монтажни работи, за обект: „Реконструкция на вътрешна водопроводна мрежа на с.Самуилово, община Сливен“ За посоченият обект да се разработи качествен инвестиционен проект, във фаза „Работен“ за реконструкция на вътрешната водопроводна мрежа и всички съоръжения по нея, сградни водопроводни отклонения (СВО) и пожарни хидранти (ПХ), съгласно Наредба №2/22.03.2005 за проектиране на водоснабдителни системи и пожарни хидранти в изпълнение на Наредба № Iз -1971 от 29 октомври 2009 г. за строително-технически правила и норми за осигуряване на безопасност при пожар и упражняване на авторски надзор по време на строителството, съгласно чл.162 от ЗУТ. За обекта да бъде разработен инвестиционен проект във фаза „Работен“ в следните самостоятелни части: „Водоснабдяване-технологична“, „Геодезия-трасировъчен план, „Конструктивна на ВиК съоръжения, „Пътна“„Временна организация за безопасност на движението“, „Пожарна безопасност“,„Проект за управление на строителните отпадъци“ (ПУСО), „Проект за безопасност и здраве“ (ПБЗ), Сметна документация, с обхват и съдържание съгласно Наредба №4/21.05.2001г. за обхват и съдържание на инвестиционните проекти.
