Предмет: „Доставка на строителни конструкции, железарски и строителни материали и свързани с тях изделия, помощни строителни материали за нуждите на ТП ДГС „Бургас“. Доставките ще се извършват по предварителни заявки. Код по CVP: 44420000 (Изделия, използвани в строителството) или еквивалент. Правно основание: чл. 18, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП (открита процедура). Обособени позиции: Не са предвидени. Варианти в офертите: Не се допускат. Срок за валидност на офертите: 3 (три) месеца от крайната дата за подаване. Срокът може да бъде удължен или потвърден съгласно чл. 35а, ал. 3 от ППЗОП. Разяснения: Искания за разяснения се подават през платформата до 10 дни преди изтичане на срока за оферти. Възложителят отговаря до 4 дни, но не по-късно от 6 дни преди крайния срок.
